Shishir Kumar

Prof. Shishir Kumar is the Director-General of ImaginXP. He is an educationist, author, blog writer, and a TEDx speaker. He has over 42 years of rich experience as an educationist. He has been involved in institute growth, policy-making, and strategizing for universities all over India. He is committed to student development. In the year 2011, he took charge of the career development of over 3500 students, working on their placement and hence raising the placement percentage to a massive figure of 98%. He has 25 years of teaching experience as Director, Dean, Chief Instructor, and Head of Departments category ‘A’ institution of the Indian Army. He has also been a senior faculty member at DIT University, curriculum advisor at the Technical University of Uttarakhand and visiting faculty at prestigious universities such as Military College of EME, Indian War College, Defence Service Staff College, Institute of Armament Technology and IDM Indore. His expertise includes Strategic Management, Operations, TQM, Human Resource and Leadership Skills. He has published numerous research papers on Quality Management in renowned journals. He was awarded the Chief of Army Staff commendation thrice and Vishisht Seva medals for his distinguished service and devotion to duty in Indian Army.
