Further, during his association with Essar Power, he headed all training activities for the entire power business group along with establishing a state of the art Learning Center having 2X600MW Training Simulator, Video Bridge, and other modern facilities. He was responsible to make the Learning Center ISO-9001 certified and recognized by CEA (Central Electricity Authority), Ministry of Power, Govt. of India, Awarded for Innovation in Learning Solutions.
