After completing his graduation in Law from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal, Avinash was called to the bar in the year 2006. After gaining experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, he completed his Masters in Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2011, where he specialized in transnational laws (conflict of laws) with focus on international commercial arbitration and mediation.
He has qualified the prestigious Advocate-on-Record Examination of the Supreme Court of India in the year of 2018. He has worked with top tier law firms and in the chambers of distinguished senior lawyers before setting up his independent counsel practice in 2016. His areas of practice and focus lies in corporate commercial & regulatory disputes in power & allied laws, competition, EPC and other commercial contracts. He routinely advises clients during pre-contract negotiations and post contract dispute resolution.
